Recruiting Process
Application
- Minimum 4 year university degree
- Legal visa status
- Must have teaching or equivalent experience
Telephone Interview
- Must be a native speaker
- Must have personality that fits TruEd work ethics
1st Interview
- Interview with TruEd management
- Determine whether candidate is suitable for the class
2nd Interview
- Interview with client
- Final interview/mock teaching
Contract Orientation
- Contract signing
- Relay class materials and orientation
Reporting
- Monthly reports submission
- Communication with management for better service
